After a period of 8 years in service the general inspection and overhaul of our railbus was due this year. Much of the work could be done by ourselves and with the help of specialist firms, but there are still some tasks left. Hence we rented the shunting loco V255 (Class Köf III) from the Mittelweserbahn for two weeks. Last weekend it was employed for the first time for the rides to the Wiehler Stadtfest and will also haul the "Bergischer Löwe" next Sunday.
